About Melina Suriani
Melina Suriani is a creative based in Los Angeles. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, she works across fashion design, creative direction, styling and photography. Guided by the principle of contrast — friction born from duality, refined yet raw, intuitive yet intentional — her practice moves between still and moving image, across editorial, campaign, runway, music video and live performance.
As the founder of Fuoco, Suriani carries each collection from the sketchbook to the finished image: researching and developing the garments, then directing, styling and sometimes photographing the campaigns, from Bruta to Trompe L'oeil. Under the same umbrella, she designs performance wardrobe: custom pieces made to move on stage.
Her styling and creative work spans Hermès, Adidas, UGG and Mango; cover stories for Highsnobiety with Baby Keem and Julia Wolf; music videos for Sabrina Carpenter and Wet Leg; and Young Miko's Late Checkout Tour across Europe.
